ISLAMABAD: The accountability court has declared former chairperson Benazir Income Support Program Farzana Raja as a fugitive. Judge Asghar Ali of the accountability court heard the reference on Monday. Mohammad Saleem Baig and other accused appeared before the court. To the king Farzana Raja's non-bailable warrants were issued. Judge Asghar Ali said that Farzana Raja's identity card should be inserted in ECL block. Farzana Raja was removed from the reference and a new date was fixed for the indictment. The co-accused lawyers said that it should be stated first whether this is a final reference or a provisional one. ۔ The co-accused lawyers said that the charge could not be filed on the interim reference. The accountability court judge said that according to the apex court, the investigation could not be terminated at any stage. The accountability court also summoned the NAB investigator for the next hearing. The accountability court adjourned the hearing till June 14.
